History
Born more than 30 years ago the Company experience an important growth, in the 80s and 90s, mainly due to the quality of the components and the punctuality of service. But also tied to steady increase of reference sectors in which it mostly operated.
The Company, after a period of contraction connected to the heavy recession of 2008-2009, has grown steadily in the complex market of these last years, consolidating its distinguishing features and completing the proposal with new range of products.
Alberto Ferri founded the Company, with the name TECNELCO. The enterprise quickly distinguished itself on the market in the sale of high quality components for the automation and in the specific application expertise on products marketed.
The Company was bought by Schrack, World leader on the construction of electromechanical relays, becoming the Italian branch.
Schrack was bought by Siemens and then sold to TE. The company comes back in the hands of the founder and, with the new name Panel Components, states as landmark in Italy for the supply of Schrack relays in the world of industrial automation.
The clients’ growing need to have diversified solutions for features and costs push Panel to select alternative suppliers for the provision of similar products and to sign agreements emerging manufacturers, today valued brands on relays sector.
The founder sold the Company to current properties that start an operation of renovation and strengthening of the technical-commercial-distributive structure on the national territory.
Panel Components joins Consorzio KCT, increasing the service for the market.
The Company moves to the wider seat of Busto Arsizio and, following a programmed plan, launches new lines of products that flank to the well-established range of relays.
Panel Components acquires the business of TEC International, specialized in the measure and control of temperature-pressure-humidity for industrial, commercial and residential applications.
